“Nunca desmereça um menor cheio de sonhos”: a arte educação nas medidas socioeducativas

Abstract

This study intends to understand how art-education within its humanizing characteristics can be used as an effective mechanism to assist in the process of social reintegration of young people in conflicts with the law, which are inserted in the socio-educational measures applied under (Brazil, 2009) and Law No. 12,594, of the National System of Socio-educational Assistance - SINASE (BRASIL, 2012). This research is defined as exploratory, understanding that this type of research aims to provide greater familiarity with the problem, in order to make it more explicit or to construct hypotheses, thus, it was used a bibliographic review to analyze the object. The research analyzes youth as a social category, seeking to understand the factors that induce the youth who commit acts of violence, specifying the violence related to these young people. In addition to analyzing historically how art was used by the youth during the social construction of the country. The second chapter aims at conceptualizing socio-educational measures and analyzing how they are applied and, finally, the third chapter deals with socio-education by bridging the art-education, thus showing how art can be used as a tool for social reintegration of young people who commit infractions.
