Segurança em museus: um estudo técnico sobre o tema, tendo como exemplo de referência o museu Carlos Costa Pinto Salvador-BA

Abstract

This work of course conclusion deals with the subject of the Security in Museums and has as reference example the Museum Carlos Costa Pinto. With focus in the patrimonial security and the system of security in museums, one searched to observe and to analyze the actions and measures of prevention, as much in how much internal the external area of this old large house, located in noble quarter of the city of Salvador, in the State of the Bahia. The choice of this museal institution if characterizes for the inestimable value of its patrimony and the amount of its joint architectural. One of the objectives of this work is to analyze the protection of the building and the quantity of this museum, being had as ultimate issue to try to elucidate its current conditions of control and security. The methodology adopted in this study is the call Facility Report, a method of comment and analysis of the questions techniques that are related to all the types of patrimonial protection. The gotten results, at first, had disclosed some imperfections in the system of security of the institution, in the direction to take care of to the requirements foreseen for an efficient security in museums or similar constructions.
