For such reach, the adopted metodológico procedure was the structuralized questionnaire. The citizens that had composed the object of the work had been 22 professors of the area of Sciences that compose the picture of education of the public schools of the Cross city of the Souls. The analysis of the data disclosed that the academic formation has not constituted in lócus significant of learning of knowing them necessary to the daily exercise of the docência in Sciences and that, therefore is the performance in the classroom that goes constituting in basic element in learning to be professor.
