Análise das normas de segurança do trabalho no setor florestal brasileiro

Abstract

The present research aimed to gather the regulatory norms of work related to the Brazilian forestry sector, making a comparison with other studies in order to allow a better understanding of these norms, and if they are in fact applied. The study was carried out in the form of bibliographic research, in an exploratory way, clarifying concepts and ideas, through a bibliographic and documentary survey. There was also a search for published data in order to justify and contextualize the need to carry out the study. It is noted that, despite not being strictly followed, in most cases the standards are not neglected. With the accomplishment of the work, it was possible to verify that the regulatory norms of work in Brazil are very positive, both for the employee and for the employer, however, they are not always properly applied.
