| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este estudo tem como objetivo apresentar e conhecer a percepção do idoso sobre seu envelhecimento no núcleo familiar. Através de leituras, dados, marcos legais, políticas e entrevistas, destaca-se o papel que a família e a sociedade exerce sob a maneira pelo qual o idoso passa a se enxergar no núcleo familiar. Considerar que a imagem do idoso é uma construção social, nos faz entender como esse momento da vida detém responsabilidades e reflexos que acompanharão o idoso e sua família durante o processo de envelhecimento. Considerar a relevância da autopercepção do idoso, significa torná-lo um sujeito social reconhecido e respeitado por suas vivências e heterogeneidades. |

| Abstract: | This study aims to present and know the perception of the elderly about their aging in the family nucleus. Through reading, data, legal frameworks, policies and interviews, we highlight the role that family and society play in the way in which the elderly come to see themselves in the family nucleus. Considering that the image of the elderly is a social construction, makes us understand how this moment of life holds responsibilities and reflexes that will accompany the elderly and their families during the aging process. Considering the relevance of self-perception of the elderly means making them, a social subject recognized and respected for their experiences and heterogeneities. |
