Avaliação do uso da radiestesia como ferramenta de diagnóstico na clínica de pequenos animais

Abstract

Radiesthesia is a millenarian technique that uses pendulum to measurethe energy frequency, that is, the electromagnetic waves emanated by the vibrations of the bodies be they through the chakras of the animals, springs, ores. The chakras are energy centers located along the spine and are related to the endocrine glands. The present study had as objective to evaluate the relationship between the measurement of the chakras with radiesthesia and the clinical findings in the animals treated in the clinic of small animals of the University Hospital of Veterinary Medicine of the Federal University of the Recôncavo of Bahia. Regarding the evaluated species, they were canine and feline, with no predilection for race, sex and age. Work done with the approval of the Animal Ethics Committee, registration 23007.018199 / 2016-33. For the accomplishment of the proposed objective, 20 animals were evaluated by three radiesthetists. The methodology developed was through double blind. The results were evaluated according to the x2 test (chi-square) with 5% significance, tabular analysis and analysis of the proportions of the variables. The analyzed variables were grouped into chakras X clinical signs; Clinical signs X diagnosis; Radiesthetist X clinical signs; Radiesthetist X diagnosis. From the data it can be noted that the variables, clinical signs and chakras are not independent. Therefore, the situation of the chakras, be it blocked, balanced, unbalanced was related to the clinical signs presented by the patient. On the other hand, the clinical and diagnostic signs were not independent, that is, they were related to the alteration presented by the chakras. When analyzing the radiesthesist variable with respect to clinical signs and diagnoses, it was revealed that they were independent, that is, the radiesthetist had no influence on the analyzed variables. It is concluded that through the radiesthesia it is possible to diagnose energetic changes of the chakras and to correlate with the clinical signs presented by the patient.
