| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho é um memorial referente I Mostra Itinerante de Cinema Comunitário: Hip Hop Prevalece, realizada pelo cineclube comunitário Cine do Povo nas periferias urbanas de Cachoeira, no ano de 2020. Primeiramente, apresento os conceitos de antinegritude (MBEMBE, 2018) e necropolitica (VARGAS, 2019) como fundamentos que orientam ação do cineclube, para em seguida, refletir sobre a trajetória que me levou a compreender estes conceitos como estruturantes da sociedade brasileira, por meio da minha atuação no Cine do Povo. Por fim, me referencio na teoria critica proposta pela escola de Frankfurt, explorando a tensão entre os membros formais da escola e o pensamento propositivo de Walter Benjamin para abordar o posicionamento explicitamente político da mostra. |

| Abstract: | This work is a memorial regarding the 1st Itinerant Community Film Festival: Hip Hop Prevails, held by the community film club Cine do Povo in the urban outskirts of Cachoeira in 2020. First, I present the concepts of anti-blackness (MBEMBE, 2018) and necropolitics (VARGAS, 2019) as foundations that guide the film club's actions, and then reflect on the trajectory that led me to understand these concepts as structuring Brazilian society, through my work at Cine do Povo. Finally, I refer to the critical theory proposed by the Frankfurt School, exploring the tension between the formal members of the school and Walter Benjamin's propositional thinking to address the explicitly political positioning of the festival. |
